Abstract Since the city of Manokwari was made capital West Papua Province, population and intensity development in coastal area have rapidly increased. Seeing this condition, research on shoreline changes needs to be done. This study aimed determine oceanography dynamics identify its rate 1999, 2014, 2020 Coastal. The method used is by utilizing satellite image data from Landsat 7 ETM, 8 OLI images, AVISO. indicates a significant change coastline, both abrasion, accretion. range abrasion 1999 2014 56.55 m with 3.77 m/year, 2020, 22.98 3.21 m/year. accretion ranges 10.20 0.68 3.83 Total coastline overlapping show 75.81 3.61 m/year 33.18 1.58
